pts-core: Finish eliminating XML-based definitions

Does this mean that they're not supported at all anymore, or that you've just eliminated all of the XML test definitions which were included with the PTS distribution?

This is something entirely internal to pts-core in how the define() statements are generated, doesn't affect test profiles or anything at all. I only mention it since it was a prerequisite in getting HipHop compiling the code and some other compatibility issues with older PHP versions.
