shader only do have to much overheat they try to use the CPU inside the UVD unit to handle the shader without sending data to the cpu and back.

WTF? A shader based implementation has to work with every GPU and can't use UVD at all.
There's a problem with the server and apparently the admin is on vacation. This is a good example of why you should always have a backup who can take care of things in an emergency.
