    Default ATI Radeon HD2600 with component video

    I am using ATI Radeon HD2600 Pro video card on an IBM machine with component video and I am not able to get colors – output is all grey. It starts at boot time, BIOS, bootup scripts are grey. Installing ATI video driver for Linux on Fedora 7 does not change anything.

    If somebody can advise on what could be the problem here I’d greatly appreciate this.

    Have you tried using the 8.42.3 driver? It contains a lot of R600 fixes.
