    Question ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3470 on Ubuntu 11.10

    Does this video card run on Ubuntu 11.10? If is it possible, how can i do this? Does anyone have experience with this card?

    it does work. you can install drivers directly using the option in system setting.

    there are, nevertheless, some problems regarding the power management, and it crashes when i logout. shut down works fine, there are workarounds i think, but i just don't use the logoff option anymore.
