It looks like the first generation product will start shipping on or around May 22 (but could be pushed back to July). It looks like on May 22nd we will be launching it at a conference.

When rendering for images it will read the image data and pixels for the needed information, and then depending upon the implementation will re-process the image to write the text.

So it'll adjust the pixels and color information depending on the caption settings you have.

That does sound a bit interesting and thank goodness I have taken up some studies on that before.
