Wow, the 2nd evilest software megacorporation takes over a company founded by 1st generation hackers and then one of there new employees does something like this?¡

Conspiracy theories, oh please. As Solaris has been developed as open source project the code is well organized and easy to "leak" similar to what has happened with Windows 8; only that now we get source instead of binaries. The more people to have access to the code bigger the chance that someone might leak it; it's inevitable. I'm sure that not every employee is happy about the acquisition of Sun and the fate of Solaris so actions like this can be expected.
