I hope this is not really the last RC, http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=646429 is pretty nasty making recent kernels not even boot if your BIOS has funny RTC alarm time values. I would hope that for final 3.2 (which likely goes into many distro's) this will be fixed.
