    R600g is the radeon driver.

    in my test with the radeon driver its only a little tricky to get the 32bit libs but if all is right the driver runs games like Oblivion just perfect just a little bit slower than the catalyst.

    No, the "Linux catalyst" is called Catalyst, same as on Windows. It has not been officially called fglrx for years.
