Nice, added that hack into my nvidia script, for somebody with dkms:

sed -i 's|\(CFLAGS="$CFLAGS -I$SOURCES/arch/x86/include\).*"|\1 -I$SOURCES/arch/x86/include/generated"|' /usr/src/nvidia-*/conftest.sh

The kernel seems to suffer from the same rt2800pci problem with my RT2860 in my netbook as 3.2.x. Did not notice something special yet.
