    Smile XFS?

    If you're gonna do benchmarks, please include XFS, not just EXT4.

    I think performance gains are almost as desparately needed as fsck because if BTRFS isn't at least as fast as ext4, I'll not use it, anyway.

    I use it even though it's slower because I appreciate the functionality, especially checksumming and cloning. Cloning a VM, a DB or a sandbox in a second or two independent of size is nothing to sneeze at.

    It's idiocy like this that gave KDE4 its bad name.

    And besides, Oracle isn't developing this for us hobbyists, it's mainly for their paying customers.
