Yes 30% of all reactors do have a broken pressure vessel because of the: Embrittlement of the steel
the problem is the long "Run time" 30% of all nuclear reactors run 40 years and longer and the steel Embrittlement because of the ionizing effect of neutron bombardment.
in the end if people really want dangerous nuclear energy they really should build "NEW" reactors and they really should not use the old ones longer than "40" years.
but if we get the facts that nuclear reactors are more expensive than green energy then its complete pointless to go the nuclear way.
