Hi, Just need some advice please. do i need more power

My current system is :

p4 3.4 @ 4ghz no xtra voltage
5 x hdd
1 x dvdr
1 x dvbt
1 x audigy 2
1 x pci sata
gigabyte 865 mb
512m 1950 pro
2gb ddr 3200

everything is stable ubuntu 7.10 is on 24/7

I have just bought a q6600 go 95w
and am considering hd 3850 512mb, I would really like to get 8800gt as the drivers are a lot better.

Is my psu upto it TAGAN480W some forums seem to say it is some say it's not

I will not be overclocking the cpu or gpu and have quite a basic mb and 2gb. I think the p4 uses around 95w and heard the 3850 uses 90w?
