There research show up that the bulldozer (fx8150/Opteron 6200) do have a broken integer divide unit.

the bulldozer performance per clock compared to a phenomII is lower because they fail its the "phenom1" effect.

i'm sure the next FX cpu is a bugfix and clock-speed-up stepping to fix the bulldozer.
