I've applied the patches from

to my 12.3 fglrx version (on GenToo).

The kernel module compiles now fine with 3.4_rc3 kernel sources,
but fails to start up (after reboot with the 3.4_rc3 kernel) :

firegl_SetSuspendResumeState

Are there any patches around or do I have to hope it gets fixed in the 12.4 version?
