If you are going to make outlandish claims you had better have a credible source in order to back them up. Heck the US army hasn't killed too many millions all told, innocent, or otherwise but you claim the CIA has? If this is the case then it should be well documented from trusted sources.

So far the only thing I see here dying by the millions is your brain cells, unless you can substantiate your ridiculous claims.

    Who gave Taliban weapons?

@Q, I think they have used this "rule" for ever since existance. I donīt know any state that cannot kill his citizens and get away with that. The only difference is that they are trying to legalize it, which means they are seeking a short (making something legal or covering it takes some effort) path to perform operations or remove undesireble evidence. This is actually military, but "shooting first and thinking later" was always an american way, no? :/

in generall wikipedia also helps: http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Central...y#Kontroversen

"The activities of the CIA have led to political controversy in the United States and other countries. The reason is primarily the proven massive interference in the internal affairs of other countries through covert operations, were also on the coups against democratically elected governments (see above). The long-standing support of dictators is criticized, especially in South America, such as Manuel Noriega in Panama and Somoza in Nicaragua, as well as the autocratic rulers of the Shah in Iran. It was also the former co-operation with former members of the Wehrmacht and the SS criticized as part of Operation Gladio, MK Ultra, or the partial support and connivance of the so-called rat lines, a legal escape routes for Nazi war criminals such as Klaus Barbie, escaped with the papers of the Vatican and the Red Cross to South America."

So, you did not answer the question - which means you agree. And asking question on question instead of giving answer is sign of cowardness. At least you could form that question a little more intelligent.

And in case you wish to invite me to your collective party with CIA, I kindly refuse.
