That would just be a benefit to Intel, also if they make sure that they sell a GPU and a sound card each time they sell a CPU they likely will get more revenue and push but GPU and sound card manufactures out of the market.

Don't know, easier for mobile perhaps?, perhaps and lastly, I don't think so, you can just buy the IP for some part and integrate it into your own design. If AMD can integrate a video card with their cpu's then a "new" company can integrate something as simple as an audio block.

Moving everything onto the CPU significantly lowers latency. And I wouldn't be shocked if the network chip eventually makes its way on the CPU die itself at some point.

And please, plenty of companies continue to make CPU's, just not X86 CPU's. And nothing is forcing anyone to move these features onto the CPU die; they are all free to create their own chipsets if they so choose.
