Well vista was only sold from 30.1.2007 to 22.10.2009 on oem systems - a very short time - and you can expect then the cpu used is pretty slow compared to current ones. That was the time for AMD Phenom and Intel Core2 systems. Maybe he should get a new one if he can afford itWith the exception of an intel netbook i do not use such old systems

he should better buy a LEMOTE 8133 Quatcore 900mhz LOONGSON 3A/2GQ Notebook just to make sure all Linux drivers run well and no AMD hardware is used to ruin his Public relations even more!Maybe he should get a new one if he can afford it

I think Bridgman is so smart we should just follow him now we should buy vista computers with nvidia graphic and then if he buy a "LEMOTE 8133 Quatcore 900mhz LOONGSON 3A/2GQ Notebook" we should all switch to his new platform to support bridgman in his new choice!!

I guess the obvious question is "why does anyone care what old hardware I run Vista on ?". My Linux box has an AMD quad-core and an HD 5670, isn't that the one that matters ?
