That was a codename, they never used it on the product package. The name was Vista. Internally you can give them pornstar names but when you release it give it a normal name. Pornstar names...this is an idea for a linux distribution.

So was Beefy Miracle and Perfect Pangolin, neither of them where used on products, and all there where often mentioned in media. So I don't see your point here.
