As Linux fans, we really can't make demands on companies, devs, etc. until we have the market share. That's where we need to focus our energy.
The times when consumers have created marketshare is gone with birth of marketing. Companies create the marketshare. If they are backed-off, it starts rolling. Just check Google Android and Valve news on Linux. Immediately huge interest. Consumers create, aha?
But PRIME still really sucks. I could only get mplayer2, WebGL, and glxgears to render with it. OpenArena and glxspheres loaded but wouldn't render due to PGRAPH errors.
Start openarena on Intel first, set it to fullscreen. Then try again with with nouveau as provider. For glxspheres resizing the window helps while running; pg
raph errors stop immediatly. This is confirmed to work on some machines ;-)
