What does ARM support means? AFAIK it will not run in most ARM SoCs, so does it mean simply padaboard support?

From the RC2 announcement and the wiki, these are supported, either officially on unofficially:
    • BeagleBoard (xM)
    • Panda Board
    • Efika MX
    • Versatile Express
    • Calxeda Highbank
    • i.MX53 Loco
    • CuBox
    • Samsung Origen

And they're working on Raspberry Pi support as well.
