Great news. All they need to do is improve file manager and add more modules by default, some fancy useless stuff I wonder what's their plans after releasing e17. Browser, music,video player, text editor based on efl would be nice too. Oh and please some fancy terminal emulator

We have enough of the damn things and WE DONT FUCKING NEED ANOTHER ONE. That said i wouldn't mind if someone patched firefox (or XUL???) to behave as an EFL native app

An xmms2 frondend would be nice IMO

VLC works fine so i don't care much

text editor based on efl would be nice too.

Media apps apart there are some more "basic" stuff needed in E. A native NM app would be nice for example. (yes i know there is conman) Also the login manager needs some love. I heard they were working again on Entrance but have no idea if its prime time ready. And yeah. The theme is a bit meh..

Yes, true. A lot love indeed is needed. And yes i agree on default theme, it's kinda meh, but it's okay. Also i think they should make it more bling like, with some tweaks.
