Phoronix test suite installation

First thanks for your availability.
I am trying to install Phoronix test suite on my local machine, wich is Win7. However I am not finding any guidance to that.

Can anyone point me to a guide to do this?

1, Download phoronix-test-suite.tar and unzip to (E.g D:\ )directory.
2, Install php and CPU-Z.
3,start: cmd
cd D:\phoronix-test-suite\phoronix-test-suite\
phoronix-test-suite
