If you're using Google Chrome, yes. Acceleration works and CPU usage is low. Google took over Flash maintenance from Adobe on Linux, but that means that you have to use Chrome's PPAPI Flash plugin (comes by default with Chrome). The NPAPI plugin that you install in Firefox and other compatible browsers has been abandoned.
So if you're using Chrome, Flash is good. If you're on another browser, Flash is going to suck for you.
This happens to be the sole reason why I switched from Firefox to Chrome. Firefox is the better browser IMO, but Flash made me change camps.
