    Cinnamon has potential.
    Though, last time I tried it I felt like it was too slow.
    The menu didn't open quick enough.

    There was a noticeable delay. It was slight, but enough to be annoying.

    The new classic mode in 3.8 isn't very good.
    I don't like it.
    It is just a hack with some extensions to kind of resemble classic GNOME.

    I like the classic classic mode.

    Is there a way to make Cinnamon compatible with Gnome-shell 3.9.1? Is there a ppa for cinnamon testing/daily?
