Add "PromptForTestIdentifier" option to BatchMode in user-config.xml. Implemented too. If PromptForTestIdentifier is TRUE, when running in Batch Mode it will continue to prompt for the test identifer name to use. If FALSE, it will use a time stamp as the identifier when saving results.
