      not entirely. depends if there will be a KDE 4.14 if not i dont think 4.13 will end up in F20, though i could well be wrong, usually they ship a 4.12.1 release to the stable branch so im thinking they'll ship 4.13.1 to F20 when final. best bet is to ask the KDE SIG in Fedora land what they tend to do but i would think you can get 4.13 now from the redhat kde unofficial repo now

        Instructions not filled in by author. Author knows what to do. Everybody else should avoid this repo.
        And you advertise it as a solution for F20 users?
