              3 - 4.5w tablet processors, and that is with 128 compute cores - considering most smartphones are shipping with 16 - 32, you could downsize that even more.

                Let's not forget that all Android hackers (even the highest ranking of the CyanogenMod team) have had so many problems just with Samsung's CPU alone.
                As Micheal put it, we just have to hope Samsung's driver will also target mainline Linux (and Tizen) instead of just Android. I would think Samsung would test their new GPU with Tizen or low tier Android devices first.

                  Samsung is known of making good hardware, but it's also known of poor software (or at least no it par with their hardware quality). If they design their own GPU it would be good if they used different software development policy for drivers
