    Less Stutter In Radeonsi

    In Euro Truck Simulator 2 the stuttering is much less than it was. Is still there, but is very rare now. The Unreal 4 demos and Unigine Valley have less stutter too.

      Unfortunately this kernel still breaks all my USB ports of my Asus Z87 Pro motherboard, just like 3.18. Back to 3.17.7 again.
