    Roadmap?

Is there any roadmap for xf86-video-modesetting?

Is there any roadmap for the X.Org Window System?

It's been 4 months since the last xf86-video-intel release. It doesn't really matter what the next one will be called, 2.99.218 or 3.0, but a new release would be nice.

Maybe pull a Linus and bump the major version number without any real reason to do so, or have a running gag that 3.0 will never be released , just increment the micro version number forever. But steady releases, regardless version number, would be nice.

The phrase "the xf86-video-intel DDX driver is also capable of supporting GLAMOR but not enabled by default" in the article is now false. See this commit: http://cgit.freedesktop.org/xorg/dri...75c445ea358a6d (message: "Remove defunct glamor support").
