"We are in the process of working on a Cedega 6.0 gaming performance article..." Will you include a comparison of the latest WINE vs Cedega 6 in the games you test?

11th or 14th?
Looks very interesting. I prefer Wine but it doesn't always work for me. |

Even though they didn't put an embargo date on any of our information, they have requested the preview be removed until the actual release
. More information to come at that time.

The performance of Oblivion is very good but could use some work still. The game itself is indistinguishable from Windows and so far has only crashed on me one time. The sound is greatly improved in 6.0 as well and now allows other applications to use the sound system at the same time which is a nice change from being stuck with just Cedega sound or sound outside of Cedega. Hopefully with all of these improvements there will be new supported games in the coming months, C&C3 being the one I'd like to see.

Also, 3dmarks benchmark would be interesting (XP vs Cedega). |
