Unhappy Problems with 3d acceleration

i use a Radeon X1300 on fedora core 5 64 bit i have tried several different guides and howtos, including stsnton-finley. none of these have worked or at least not completely. none of my games work properly. i am willing to supply all necessary documents.

i will attach the xorg.conf and aticonfig txt files in a second

Can you elaborate a bit on none of your games working? What does fglrxinfo show? Do you recognize any problems from the xorg.0.log? Are anything with the proprietary drivers working? Are you using the automatic installer or the RPM packages? Are you using aticonfig --initial?

If you have only done the automatic installer, try using the ati-driver.run --buildpkg Fedora/FC5 and then install those resulting RPMs.
