Phoronix News: Schwartz: Innovate, Not Litigate

Sun's CEO, Jonathan Schwartz, has a new blog posting out this morning entitled Free Advice for the Litigious.... In this Schwartz mentions what Sun Microsystems did years back when they were under pressure and now they innovated their company instead of litigating with their customers. Sun had innovated their hardware and software along with supporting Linux on SPARC systems and a variety of open-source contributions...
