Default SLI Benefits Under Linux

Do any of you actively use Scalable Link Interface under Linux?

As you may recall, at Phoronix we have written several articles on the topic (we will have many more coming soon), and to this point we continue to be very disgusted by the lack of any true performance benefits when enabling SLI under Linux. There really are no true benefits for Linux enthusiasts to use SLI.

We had declined all offers to try out the GeForce 7950GX2 due to the spotty SLI support, and it seems that this current flagship solution also suffers from SLI sickness. Here (http://www.nvnews.net/vbulletin/show...4&postcount=11) are some 7950GX2 numbers I just came across with SPECViewPerf and the 1.0-9625 Beta drivers.

Has anyone here actually had a positive experience with NVIDIA SLI under Linux or Solaris?
