Problem with 2 8600GTS in SLI

Hi, I am having issues with getting SLI working with 2 8600 GTS cards. Sli initializes and everything but when I go to run a opengl program(when sli is active) the screen goes blank, or stays at the last color displayed , I have tried every SLI mode, and have searched google but nothing has come up. My motherboard is the ASUS M2N32 SLI Deluxe Wifi Edition, and the 2 8600GTS cards are the MSI NX8600GTS T2D256E OC Edition. I am also running the latest bios versions, and the latest nVidia drivers. Help appreciated, Thanks .
