Default help required with linux....

hi all,
i have fc6 installed in my system amd/atiradeon 200 and i have recently taken graphics course.does opengl work well in fc6 or should i change to another linux distro ?

Fedora is an excellent distribution, and should work great with OpenGL. The "Radeon 200" you are referring to, are you talking about the R200 series or the "Xpress 200"? The R200 has excellent open-source drivers (or you can use the 8.28 drivers), but the Xpress 200 is notorious for its driver support.

alas, i have radeon200m express 5955 installed in my system.can i get good rendering with this card....

The Xpress 200M is unfortunately very notorious for its support by fglrx (and I think under Windows Catalyst as well). I think basically all I can say is good luck.
