bigger link to NEXT, PREV, page on a thread

At times I use a portable an Archos 605wifi device to access the site, the only change I would suggest is that there be something a bit bigger than the > or number to go to the next page of a thread, something like the word 'next', 'prev' are just fine, or whatever else may make sense. It's because I'm using a stylus to click it and on a small screen it can be very difficult to click the number or '>'. My guess is that as more people access this site with portable devices that this will come up more. TY.
