    An update on the open-source NVIDIA Tegra graphics driver was shared this weekend in Brussels. The Tegra DRM driver was merged and there's more features to be implemented in succeeding releases. Unfortunately, open-source 3D support for NVIDIA's ARM hardware isn't yet on the radar...

    By the time they finish the open source driver for Tegra 2, Tegra 5 will be out. Why aren't they making the drivers open source from the beginning?

      Nobody was happy with the old nv driver before nouveau came out

      And nobody should be happy with this driver either. It's just a basic 2d driver that supports the bare minimum necessary to display a picture.
