The download url points to a file that does not exist for Imagemagick in the latest test suite.

Pushed the latest URL into git... ImageMagick updates fairly frequently and after a while they delete the old versions off their servers... Once I have more bandwidth or mirrors, I'll throw up a persistent one of ImageMagick.
