globs gl open benchmark suite

this was a wip that hasnt been touched since 07 - last commit in svn was 6 mnths ago. What's interesting is that they started with the gui (a pyGTK interface), an online db was setup and they have a couple of benchmarks built in - not sure about the code quality but perhaps it'll help speed up some PTS dev stages.

I am familiar with GLOBS, thanks for the link though. Their code really won't be of any use since PTS and GLOBS don't exactly have the same goals, etc. Not to mention they are both written in different languages. I personally also just prefer writing everything from scratch whenever possible, hence PTS doesn't even depend upon an external XML parser.
