Default Checking of exit status of compilations

I notice there are a lot of false results while I was browsing the test results of other users (most notably mplayer but others as well). It seems that if the compilation fails it posts the results of time when the compilation fails. Can we make the testsuite check to see if the compilation completes cleanly before it gives a result?

That's still one thing I am working out how to do and to figure out its exit status through php.

Also something weird happens with the mplayer compilation happens I notice upon the first run of it after updating the test suite to the newest version. mplayer fails to complete compilation, second and subsequent runs are always fine. This results in absurdly short compilation times on the first run after upgrade.

PS BTW sorry if I seem to be a pain in the A** with filing all these bug reports sometimes. It's part of my nature :P. On average I file probably file 100-200 bug reports as part of my job and various projects I'm interested in but I'm a firm believer in filing a bug report rather then someone that just gripes about something not working, If bug reports are not done, issues will never be fixed.
