Ubuntu 7.04 Alpha 3, Codename Feisty, was released yesterday.

Xubuntu 7.04 Alpha 3 is not released yet.

If you prefer Debian, I can recommend you Sidux based on Debian/sid. You'll find it at www.sidux.com - the first preview release is out and the first final version is coming soon.
