    I don't think we're going to get OpenGL 4.0 with Mesa 10.3, from GL3.txt it seems that there still is quite a bit of work to be done/started (GLSL 4.0, tessellation, ARB_gpu_shader5...).
    The good news is that there is already quite a bit of stuff done for OpenGL 4.1/4.2/4.3/4.4, so I think that once we get 4.0, those should come somewhat fast.

        They finally added in the SSO extension (from 4.1) yesterday, just in time for 10.2. That's a big one for games ported from D3D to OpenGL.
