Enlightenment 0.20.4 Released With A Number Of Wayland Fixes

With the Enlightenment folks back from FOSDEM, Enlightenment 0.20.4 was released today as the latest bug-fix release.

Enlightenment 0.20.4 ports a number of Enlightenment Wayland components (including the compositor itself) to using the Ecore_Wl2 library, updates other Wayland-related code, and has a variety of other fixes.
