KDE Touchpad Configuration Now Supports Libinput
With Libinput support being important not only for Wayland input but also is starting to be used for X11/X.Org input too, the KDE input configuration module now supports configuring libinput devices.
Libinput support has been added to the KDE Touchpad KCM. The Touchpad KCM now supports libinput alongside the synaptics driver for exposing various tunables permitted by each of the drivers, like toggling tap-to-click.
Details on the libinput support within KDE's Touchpad KCM can be found via this blog post by KDE developer Rajeesh K Nambiar who has been hashing out the support in recent days so it's ready in time for Fedora 22.
