Version 2.0 of the KDE Partition Manager has been released.

KDE Partition Manager 2.0 development focused on splitting up the program's user interface and the partitioning library. Developers plan to then use this KDE Partition Manager code within the next release of the Calamares Linux distribution installer.

With that said, the KDE Partition Manager 2.0 release is joined by the first stable release of KPMcore, which is the core partitioning library.

Besides this restructuring, KDE Partition Manager 2.0 also contains a number of bug fixes.
