A Khronos Open-Source Talk Is Happening In An Hour
In one hour from right now, Neil Trevett, the President of the Khronos Group, will be keynoting the Linaro Conference and this talk will be live-streamed.
Neil Trevett, the NVIDIA employee and head of Khronos, is keynoting the Linaro Connect San Francisco conference today with a talk entitled "Open Standards and Open Source Together - How Khronos APIs Accelerate Fast and Cool Applications."
Of course, with Vulkan and SPIR-V right around the corner, we're excited to watch to see what he may say about them and if any new details are revealed... With Linaro being mobile-focused, he'll hopefully be talking about Vulkan given that Google has committed to supporting it on Android, while the new OpenGL ES 3.2 will likely get a fair amount of attention too.
If you want to watch Neil's presentation, it begins at 8:50AM PST and can be seen live from this Google+ Event page.
