C++ Filesystem Technical Specification Approved
The C++ file-system technical specification has been unanimously approved for the ISO C++ committee.
ISO TS 18822 is based on the Boost file-system library for offering common functions to perform on file-systems. There's various functions relating to the reading and manipulation of paths, files, and directories.
At the end of December, all 32 countries approved of the file-system technical TS being added to ISO C++, per this mailing list message.
