Mesa 10.6.8 Is Focused On Nouveau Fixes

For those that haven't yet moved to Mesa 11.0 and aren't riding on Mesa 11.1-devel Git, Mesa 10.6.8 is now the next best thing.

Emil Velikov announced Mesa 10.6.8 this morning as the newest point release to Mesa 10.6 from earlier in the summer. Mesa 10.6.8 has fixes for NVC0/NV50/NV30 Nouveau mostly but there's also a cople fixes for Intel, LLVMpipe, GBM, etc.
