NVIDIA Announces The GeForce GTX 1070 Ti, Shipping In Early November
The GeForce GTX 1070 Ti features 2432 CUDA cores compared to 1920 with the non-Ti 1070, a slightly higher base clock and the same boost clock speed, and 8GB of GDDR5 video memory.
The GeForce GTX 1070 Ti will begin shipping on 2 November at a $449 USD starting price.
More details for now at NVIDIA.com. I'm still waiting to hear about review samples otherwise will likely be picking up a retail model when available for Linux benchmarking.
You can see our very latest Radeon vs. NVIDIA Linux gaming benchmarks from yesterday. In Vulkan workloads for now, the GTX 1070 Ti should be able to clear the RX Vega 64 on RADV for the time being and under OpenGL give the AMDGPU+RadeonSI stack with RX Vega 56/64 quite a run for the money.
