POCL 0.12 Brings Support For HSA-Compliant Devices
Portable Computing Language (POCL) v0.12 was released last week as the open-source, portable implementation of OpenCL powered by LLVM.
As talked about on Phoronix back in September, POCL 0.12 brings a new kernel cache system, new experimental features, and more. The POCL 0.12 release announcement also notes there is now support for HSA-compliant devices such as AMD Kaveri, little-endian MIPS32 is in better shape, and there is kernel compiler support for LLVM/Clang 3.7, etc.
More details on POCL 0.12 via the release announcement.
